Fisher® 95 and MR95 Series

The Fisher 95 and MR95 series regulators are compact, direct-operated regulators. Great for controlling pressures ranging from 2-400psig.

  • Multiple trim configuration options are available to be used with a variety of processes.
  • Materials of construction are cast iron, WCC steel, and CF8M SST. Monel, Hastelloy, and bronze also available upon request.
  • Sizes range from ½” to 2.”

Fisher® 98 and MR98 Series

The Fisher ® 98 and MR98 series regulators are compact direct-operated regulators designed to be used for backpressure and relief applications. Great for controlling pressures ranging from 2-375psig.

  • Multiple trim configuration options are available to be used with a variety of processes.
  • Materials of construction are Cast iron, WCC steel, and CF8M. Monel, Hastelloy, and bronze also available upon request.
  • Sizes range from ½” to 2.”
  • Multiple end connection options: NPT, CL150, and CL300

Fisher ® 1098-EGR and 1098H-EGR

The Fisher® 1098-EGR and 1098H-EGR are both pilot operated pressure reducing regulators that are designed to be accurate, economical, and serve a wide variety of applications. The Knife-edged seat design allows this type of regulator to provide a buttle-tight shutoff.

  • Sizes range from NPS 1 to 12x6.
  • NPT, CL150 RF, CL300 RF, CL600 RF, BWE and SWE are also available upon request.
  • Noise abatement trim available upon request.
  • Differential pressure as low as 1 PSI.

Fisher® 1098EZR

The Fisher ® 1098EZR pilot-operated back-pressure regulator or relief valve is designed for quiet operation, versatility, long life, and a tight shutoff.

  • Sizes range from NPS 2 to 8.
  • NPT, CL150 RF, CL300 RF, and CL600 RF. BWE and SWE available upon request.
  • Set pressure ranges are 20-1160 PSI depending on the chosen pilot.

Fisher® T205

The Fisher® T205 is a spring-loaded, direct-operated tank blanketing regulator designed to keep a slight positive pressure, thus reducing the possibility of tank wall collapsing during pump-out. Two available configurations, the T205 and T205 H both have internal registration and the T205M and T205HM both have external registration.

  • Available construction materials are cast iron, WCC steel, and CF8M SST.
  • Available sizes are ¾,” 1”, or ¾”x1.”
  • NPT, CL150 RF, and CL300 RF
  • Orifice sizes range from 1/8” to 9/16”
  • Outlet control settings range from 1in w.c. to 7PSIG.

Fisher® 627

The Fisher® 627 is pressure-reducing regulator great for both high and low pressures. It is direct-operated and equipped with an internal relief valve and relief operation indicator. Designed with versatility in mind, trim parts can be replaced without having to remove the body of the regulator from the line.

  • Available body materials are ductile iron, WCC Steel, or stainless steel.
  • Available sizes are ¾”, 1”, 1-1/4”, and 2”.
  • NPT, CL150 RF, CL300 RF, and CL600 RF. The ¾” size only comes in NPT.
  • Outlet control pressure ranges are from 5 psi to 500 psi.

Fisher® 630 Big Joe

The Fisher® 630 Big Joe is a direct-operated pressure-reducing regulator designed for processes with high inlet pressures. It can be field converted to a relief valve or is also available as the 630R relief valve/ backpressure regulator.

  • Available body materials are cast iron or steel.
  • Available body size are 1” or 2.”
  • NPT, CL150 RF, CL300 RF, or CL600RF
  • Up to 1500PSI inlet pressure
  • Orifice sizes range from 1/8” to ½.”
  • Outlet control pressure ranges from 3psi to 500psi.

Fisher 133

The Fisher® 133 series regulators are direct-operated gas regulators. Primarily designed to supply gas furnaces and burners. Multiple constructions available include the 133L, 133H, 133HP, and 133Z, all with different inlet pressure capabilities.

  • Available body materials are cast iron or WCC steel.
  • Only available in a 2” body style.
  • Cast iron end connections are NPT or CL 125FF. WCC end connections are NPT or CL150 RF.
  • Max. inlet pressure of 60PSIG for the 133L and 133H
  • Max inlet pressure of 150PSIG for the 133HP
  • Max inlet pressure of 20PSIG for the 133Z
  • Outlet pressure ranges are from -1in.w.c. to 60PSIG.
Fisher MR108 Regulators

Fisher® MR108

The Fisher® MR108 is a high-capacity, direct-operated backpressure regulator capable of handling pressure of up to 400PSIG. With the low-pressure actuator, the MR108 can 35PSIG, and with the high-pressure actuator the MR108can be set to 150PSI or 300PSI depending on the diaphragm chosen (FKM or NBR).

  • Available body materials are cast iron, WCC steel, or CF8M SST.
  • Body sizes are NPS 1,2,3, AND 4
  • NPT, CL150RF, CL300 RF, or CL600 RF. The cast iron body end connections are only NPT, CL125 FF, or CL250 RF.
  • Outlet control pressure ranges are from 5PSIG to 300PSIG.

Fisher®63EG

The Fisher®63EG and 1098-63EGR are both pilot-operated backpressure regulator or relief valve designed for both liquid and gas service. These regulators are designed with an in-service travel indicator, versatility, and a full-use capacity.

  • Available body materials are cast iron, steel, or stainless steel.
  • Body sizes are NPS 1,2, 3, 4, 6, 8x6, or 12x6. 8x6 or 12x6 not available in cast iron.
  • NPT, CL150 RF, CL300 RF, or CL 600RF. Cast iron bodies only come available with NPT, or CL125 FF end connections.
  • Relief pressure and backpressure control ranges are from 3PSIG to 400PSIG.
